At Army Stores, we value your satisfaction and aim to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any unused items within 2 working days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, unused, with all packaging, tags, and accessories included, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please note that custom-made tents, clearance items, and used or damaged goods (not caused by manufacturer fault) cannot be returned. If you received a faulty or incorrect item, kindly notify us within 48 hours, and we will gladly arrange an exchange or replacement. Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
